Zeynep AKPINAR

Zeynep Akpinar graduated from TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Faculty of Law. She has been working at Dericioğlu & Eren Law Firm since her legal internship and focuses her practice on intellectual property law.

Akpinar provides legal advice to both domestic and international clients in various areas of intellectual property law with a particular emphasis on trademark law and represents clients in intellectual property disputes.

Her practice particularly focuses on trademark invalidation and cancellation actions, trademark infringement and unfair competition disputes as well as matters concerning the protection of intellectual property rights. Design law is also among her areas of professional interest.
