Furkan KIZILYEL

Graduated from Bilkent University. He completed his legal internship at Dericioğlu & Eren Law Office and has been continuing his practice in the field of intellectual property law at Dericioğlu & Eren Law Office ever since.

He provides consultancy and representation services in the field of intellectual and industrial property law in Türkiye to clients based in Türkiye and in various other countries, particularly in relation to trademarks, copyrights, employee inventions and domain name disputes. His practice focuses and specializes in trademark opposition proceedings, trademark invalidation and infringement actions, settlement and dispute resolution processes as well as the drafting of agreements relating to industrial property law.
