Aslıhan ULUBEY

Aslıhan Ulubey is an attorney registered with the Ankara Bar Association and a trademark attorney registered before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law and focuses her practice primarily on intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on industrial property rights.

Ulubey advises and represents national and international clients in relation to the protection and enforcement of trademarks, designs, copyrights and domain names, including trademark applications and registration procedures, trademark searches and legal risk assessments, oppositions, trademark invalidation and infringement proceedings, and proceedings before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

She also provides legal advice on intellectual property agreements, the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property rights, and the management of legal risks arising from intellectual property matters.
